		<description>The Tories came late to ID Cards, they have never previously had any commitment to localism. True, Thatcher was in some ways environmentally minded, but the Tories haven't shown much commitment to the environment (although they can fit some of it in with their feudalism).

On 'social justice'. I'm not sure what is meant by that. Unfortunately 'justice' has a long history of being perverted to different meanings.

Progressive is also something to shy away from. We will work to expand liberalism, but that does not mean we'd subscribe to everything a progressive would...</description>
