Found via none other than the Adam Smith Institute blog, this is a good way to waste 20 minutes:

First, go to Wikipedia’s random article page. The article you get is is the name of your band.
Next, go to the random quotations page on Wikipedia. The last four words of the last quote on the page is your album title.
Finally, go to Flickr’s interesting photo page. The third picture, no matter what it is, is your album cover.
Put them all together, and voila!, your cover.
