		<description>It seems to be a kind of probationary period where you have to adhere to certain rules although I can only find reference to it in terms of youth offending e.g. the child has to stay at home or in care, has to attend certain meetings. Seems to go together with the curfew. Any lawyers listening have a better idea?</description>
