Well, it’s not actually that new. In fact, it is pretty much identical to the last one, the only difference being the address - I am now hosting this blog myself using wordpress.org rather than on wordpress.com. The reason being that I am a bit of a geek and like playing around with techie stuff behind it all. The past posts and comments are here, so if something I wrote amazes you so much you have to read it every day to motivate yourself in the morning, then you can read it here now!

Yes, and this afternoon I am Leaving On A Jet Plane to fly back to merry old England for Christmas. As much as I like living here in Switzerland, especially around this time of year where I can get on a train (for a tenner) and be snowboarding in an hour, its good to come back to the simplicity of the UK. So see you there!

So that was a post about bad decisions made by two Labour politicians. I mentioned the two cases because I thought they should be mentioned. This will be a blog focusing on the Liberal Democrat party, however, I going to try not to fall into the trap of proving Godwin’s Law in all posts and comments about Tory behaviour and detailing every Labour mishap as some kind of vast sleaze conspiracy orchestrated by GB whilst pretending the sun shines out of Clegg’s arse.

Hello. So this is my new blog. Will I keep it up? Well, who knows, but for the time being this blog is hopefully going to be mainly about the ongoing saga of British politics and in particular Cowley street’s finest - the Liberal Democrat party - of which I am a member. Along the way no doubt there will be the odd diversion and rant, otherwise this wouldn’t be a proper blog. Take care. AT
